Shan Arora, J.D., Director, Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design
Shan Arora is the Director of The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design, a high performance building that seeks to catalyze sustainability principles and practices across the building industry. Georgia Tech constructed The Kendeda Building to Living Building Challenge 3.1 certification standards, the world’s most ambitious building performance standard.
Shan is also on the Board of Directors of Georgia Interfaith Power & Light, a nonprofit that engages communities of faith in stewardship of Creation as a religious response to climate change, resource depletion, environmental injustice, and pollution. He has an undergraduate and a law degree from Emory University.

Todd Beyreuther is a design engineer conducting research, development, and commercialization of mass timber material and modular assemblies. Mr. Beyreuther is Founder of Mass Timber Systems LLC, a design manufacturing company in Spokane, WA and is an adjunct research professor at the WSU Composite Materials and Engineering Center in Pullman, WA. Mr. Beyreuther serves as a member of the WA State Building Code Council and as President of the Spokane Plan Commission.
